导语：
地理区位：镇海地处东南之滨，长江三角洲南翼，甬江入海口，襟江临海，交通便捷，素有 “浙东门户”之称。全区总面积218平方公里，海岸线长21公里，总人口21万。
经济现状：目前，镇海区已形成了以机械电子、轻工纺织、精细化学等产业为主导的区域经济发展体系。2004年，全区国内生产总值达172.09亿元（其中区属76.11亿元），财政总收入达13.12亿元，城镇居民人均可支配收入和农民人均纯收入分别达到15882元和7187元。 镇海开放型经济蓬勃发展。2004年度全区新批外商投资企业96家，总协议外资2.74亿美元，实际到位外资1.52亿美元；到2004年度已累计批准外商投资企业670家，总投资达23.41亿美元。2004年全区进出口总额达19.85亿美元。
展望未来：宁波至上海的杭州湾跨海大桥已进入施工阶段，2008年建成后镇海到上海仅2小时车程。镇海将更主动地接受上海经济、技术、智力的辐射，扩大区域经济协作与交流，并能更好地依托上海这一国际大都市，借船出海，与全球化经济相轨。

Introduction
Geographical Location: Located in the mid section of China mainland coastline, along the south wing of Yangtze River Delta and at Yongjiang River’s entrance to East China Sea, Zhenhai covers an area of 218 square kilometers with a population of 210,000 people. It has a coastline of 21 kilometers. The transportation here is especially convenient. Since very ancient time, it has enjoyed reputation of“ East Door of Zhejiang province”.
Economic Development: Through many years development, Zhenhai has basically formed a regional economic development system of machinery, electronics, light industry, textile, fine chemical, etc. In 2004, Zhenhai’s national GDP has amounted to 17.21 billion RMB Yuan, among which Zhenhai district’s total was 7.61 billion. The financial revenue reached 1.31 billion Yuan. The per capita disposable income of rural and urban inhabitant was 7,187 and 15,882 Yuan respectively. The export-oriented economy in Zhenhai is developing very rapidly. In 2004, Zhenhai has totally approved 96 foreign-invested enterprises, with a total foreign capital of 274 USD million and the registered capital of USD 152 million. Up to the end of 2004, the total number of foreign-funded enterprises in Zhenhai has reached 670 with a total foreign capital of USD 2.341 billion. The import and export volume of Zhenhai in year 2004 has achieved USD 1.985 billion.
Future Prospect: By the year 2008, it will take only 2 hours from Ningbo to Shanhai by car through Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Bridge, which is now under construction. At that time, Zhenhai will have more opportunities to be affected by Shanghai’s such advantages as economic development, technology, intelligence, human resources, etc. By communication and cooperation with Shanhai, Zhenhai will be more harmoniously integrated with the world.

项目概述：苯酐是四大有机酸酐（苯酐、顺酐、醋酐和偏苯三酸酐）中生产和消费量最大的品种，属于中等价位的重要有机原料产品，主要应用领域是邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂、不饱和聚酯树脂和醇酸树脂涂料。生产主要集中在西欧、亚洲和美国。预计到2005年，世界苯酐需求量的年均增长速度在2%左右，届时世界苯酐的总消费量约为330万吨。2002年，我国苯酐表观消费量约为85万吨，预计2010年我国苯酐的消费需求将达到120万吨。

Project Introduction: Pathalic anhydride has the largest production and consumption volume among four organic acid anhydrides. It is a kind of important average-priced organic source mainly applied to plastifier unsaturated polyester resin and alkyd painting, etc. It is mainly manufactured in Asia, West Europe and USA. In 2005, the world consumption will reach 3.3 million tons. In 2002, China’s demand for it was 850,000 tons and will amount to 1.2 million tons in 2010.
