    商河县宏业棉纺织（集团）有限公司，是一家集棉花收购、加工、纺织为一体的多功能、综合性企业集团。占地面积60万平方米，注册资金7000万元，资产总值4亿元，资产负债率51%。职工2600人，其中，具有大学专科以上学历290人，具有中高级职称的69人。拥有12万纱锭、2万线锭、2000头气流纺和900台宽幅布机，并具有年加工皮棉25万担、脱毒棉籽油5000吨以及塑料编织袋500吨的生产能力，拥有自营进出口权。集团下辖两个棉纺厂、两个织布厂、一个制衣厂、一个油棉加工厂和一个塑料编织厂，控股一家中外合资气流纺织厂，并经山东省政府批准设立了山东宏业股份有限公司。



    三、融资条件



   （一）该企业是济南市重点技改项目企业，技术改造到位。企业每年筹措3000余万元人民币进行技术改造，1998年至2003年六年累计技改投资2亿元，设备水平达到国内先进水平。企业已通过ISO9002质量体系认证及ISO14001环保体系认证,主导产品质量指标已达到2001乌斯特公报5%的水平。



   （二）该企业2000年底完成改制，建立了现代企业制度，达到了集约化经营的要求，企业发展前景良好。急需融资用于调整资产负债结构，补充流动资金和技改等。

    The Co.is a multifunction and comprehension group with cotton purchasing ,processing and spinning ,with an area of 600,000 sqm,registered capital of 70 million RMB yuan,total property of 400 million RMB yuan,balance rate of 51%, 2,600 employees,120,0000 spindles, 2,000 sets airflow machines, 900 sets of broad cloth machines. It has an annual output of 250,000dan ginned cotton, 5,000 tons cotton seed oil,500 tons plastic braided bags ,and self- operation import-export right.The group administers two cotton spinning mills,two weaving mills,one cotton-oil processing mill and a plastic braiding mill ,and holding a  airflow spinning mill.Shandong Hongye Incorporated Co. is approved by Shandong Province Government.

    a.The enterprise is one of Jinan major technology-reform project,which completed.It has invested over 30 millon RMB yuan annually to tech- nology-reform,total investment to it in the past six year  ,200 million RMB yuan , its technology,come up to advanced national standards. It has authorized with ISO 9002 quality certificate and ISO 4001 environmental protection certificate.
